Right to obtain and use

1. The owner of the personal Data is entitled to obtain and/or use his personal Data from Penor personal data in the form corresponding to the structure and/or format commonly used or readable by electronic or hardware systems used in interoperability between electronic systems.
2. The owner of the personal Data has the right to use and transmit his/her personal data to another personal data controller, as long as the system can communicate securely with each other in accordance with the principles of personal data protection under this law.
