Personal Data Elements

Article 3

• Personal Data consist of:
  1. General personal Data; and
  2. Personal Data that is specific.
• The general personal Data as referred to in paragraph (1) letter A shall include:
  1. Full name;
  2. gender;
  3. Citizenship
  4. Religion and/or
  5. Personal Data combined to identify a        
• The specific personal Data as referred to in paragraph (1) B shall include:
  1. Data and health information;
  2. Biometric data;
  3. genetic data;
  4. Life/sexual orientation;
  5. D View;
  6. Crime record;
  7. Child data;
  8. Personal financial data; and/or
  9. Other data in accordance with the provisions of regulatory abuse.
