Exceptions to rights of personal Data owners

1. The rights of personal Data owners as intended in article 8, article 9, PasaL 10, article 11, article 12, and article 14 do not apply to:       

a.National defense and security interests;   

b. The law enforcement process;   

c.Public interest in the framework of the State administration;   

d. The supervision of the financial services sector, monetary, payment system, and financial system stability; Or   

e.Aggregate data is aimed at the importance of statistical and scientific research in the framework of the state organizing.

 2. The exclusion of a model referred to in paragraph (1) shall be executed only in the execution of the provisions of the law.
