Paragraph 3.3.3  Retention period

152. It is important to distinguish between two types of data. First, the data relating to participants and vehicles can be retained for the duration of the study. Second, the technical data from vehicles may not be retained for more than five years from the end date of the study. At the end of that period, the data shall be deleted or anonymised.
