Section 8.5  Preparation for submission to the Board

54. If the CompSA aims to approve the draft code, before submission to the EDPB, the CompSA will circulate its draft approval to all concerned SAs. All concerned SAs will have 30 days to respond and any significant issues could be brought to the relevant EDPB subgroup for discussion. If the concerned SAs do not respond, the code will proceed to the next stage of the process.
