Section 7.2  Admissibility of a Code

43. If the draft Code is not accepted on the basis of failing to meet the criteria for admissibility the CompSA will respond to the code owners in writing outlining the basis for its decision. The process would come to an end on this basis and a new submission would be required to be made by the code owners.

44. If the draft code meets the criteria set out above, the CompSA should write to the code ownerswith confirmation that it will proceed to the next stage of the process and assess the draft code’s content in accordance with the relevant procedures provided under national law.
