Article 34 Indonesian Data Protection Law 2020

Update and/or correct errors and/or inaccuracies

(1) The personal Data controller is required to update and/or correct errors and/or inaccuracies in personal data at least 1 x 24 (one-time twenty-four) hours since the personal data controller receives an update request and/or repairs the personal data.
(2) The personal Data Controller shall notify the personal data owner of the update and/or repair of personal data.
